What kind of projects does Trailside Homeworks take on?
A little bit of everything. We handle home repairs, installations, maintenance, carpentry, improvements, outdoor projects, and custom work.
If you don't see your particular project listed on our Services page, don't assume we can't help. Send us a description and a few photos and we'll let you know.
Do you take on small jobs?
Absolutely. Small jobs are a big part of what Trailside was created for.

Whether you have one thing that needs attention or a whole list that's been accumulating, we're happy to take a look.

Can I give you a list of several things I need done?
Please do. Combining several smaller projects into one visit often makes a lot of sense.

Send us the list when requesting a quote and include photos where you can.
​
Do you provide free estimates?
For most straightforward projects, we can provide pricing or a good idea of cost based on a description and photos.
​
Projects that require an on-site visit, troubleshooting, planning, or more involved estimating may be handled differently. We'll always discuss that with you beforehand.

Do I need to provide the materials?
It depends on the project.
​
If you've already purchased something you'd like installed—such as a ceiling fan, fixture, hardware, or shelving—that's perfectly fine. For other projects, Trailside would prefer to source the appropriate materials and include them as part of the job.

Can I send you photos of my project?
Yes, please!
​
Photos are often the quickest way for us to understand what you're dealing with. You can upload them directly through our Request a Quote form.
